We want you to be happy with your purchase! Therefore, please review the shipping & return policy prior to placing an order.
Since our kits are unique, please pay special attention to sizing and details when placing your order.

Shipping
Orders will normally ship within 1-2 business days via either UPS, FedEx or the US Postal Service.
Depending on the items ordered; your shipment may also arrive in multiple boxes. For shipments outside the United States; please contact us with the shipping address prior to placing your order to determine total applicable freight charges.
Also, flat rates are applied for all items which ship to locations within the continental United States. Days in transit will vary based on your location. Please note; there are locations within the United States we are unable to ship to. If we are unable to ship to your location, the authorization on your credit card will not be processed and you will receive an email that your order has been canceled.
Returns
In order to return or exchange any merchandise, you must:
- Contact us within 72 hours of product receipt to obtain Return Authorization.
- We will not process returns or exchanges without Return Authorization.
- Return Authorization shall be valid for 15 days ONLY. If you do not contact us within the 15 day time limit, authorization becomes invalid and product will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Return items in original, unaltered condition
- Return all packaging, parts, hardware and instructions
- Pay all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges
- Pay a 20% restocking fee
Credits or replacement products will not be issued until the original product has been received and inspected.
Any products which have been installed, cut, damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted for return.
On refused shipments the customer will be liable for all shipping changes and a 20% restocking fee.
Credits are applicable for product only. Since the freight cost was incurred it is non-refundable.
