Orders will normally ship within 1-2 business days via either UPS or FedEx.
Also, flat rates have been determined for all items shipping within the United States and will be applied at checkout. Days in transit will vary based on your location. Please note; there are locations within the United States we are unable to ship to.
Depending on the items ordered; your shipment may also arrive in multiple boxes. For shipments outside the United States; please contact us with the shipping address prior to placing your order to determine total applicable freight charges.
In order to return or exchange any merchandise, you must:
Credits or replacement products will not be issued until the original product has been received and inspected.
Any products which have been installed, cut, damaged or modified by the customer will not be accepted for return.
On refused shipments the customer will be liable for all shipping changes and a 20% restocking fee.
Credits are applicable for product only. Since the freight cost was incurred it is non-refundable.
